2020 Virtual Summit FAQ

  • Is this event live or online? This epic event is taking place online!  You'll be able to attend from the comfort and safety of your own home or anywhere with internet!  We'll provide you with ONE link for all three days!
  • How many people can join me using my ticket? With the silver or gold ticket access, your entire household can attend with you!  Household includes you, your spouse, and any children living at home under 18 years old.
  • What are the dates & times for the 2020 Virtual Summit?  The Summit will be taking place online Oct 1-3, 2020.  Each day, the event will begin at 9:00am CT and end at 6:00pm CT.  We will have scheduled breaks throughout.
  • How do I attend the Virtual Summit? We will provide you with ONE link to use for all three days!  We're keeping it super simple!  We'll email you the link (and send multiple reminders) so that you can join from any device.
  • Do Top Gun students have to pay for Summit?  Our Top Gun students get FREE Silver Level Ticket access for everyone on their family policy!  If they would like a Gold Level Ticket, they would need to purchase.
  • Are there refunds on the Summit tickets? You will have 3 business days from the time of purchase to request a refund.  No refunds will be provided after that time.  To request a refund, email support@tradeway.com within your refund window.
  • Will I be provided with a schedule ahead of time? Yes! We will provide you with a Summit itinerary ahead of time.
  • What if I am not available to attend all of the sessions? No worries!  Just attend the sessions you are able to.  You will get the MOST by attending live, however we will provide you with 30 days access to the Summit recordings.
  • Will the Summit be recorded? Yes, for all Summit ticket holders we will be providing 30 days of access to all Summit recordings.  You'll get the most from the experience by attending LIVE!  We hope to see you there!
  • Will you be teaching Steps 2-4 or Workshops 1-3?  Since this is a virtual event, and we have been teaching these courses throughout the year, we wanted to give you 3 days of BRAND NEW topics!  So, no, we will not be teaching them at this event.
